From kitchen gardens to beekeeping — one goal: households that feed themselves, earn a living and withstand the dry years.

Kitchen gardens and nutrition Climate-smart garden models that put vegetables on the table all year, even where land and water are scarce.
Organic farming and farm-made inputs Biopesticides, biofertilisers, bokashi compost and liquid fertilisers that restore tired soils.
Market linkages and value addition Connecting smallholders to better-paying markets through grading, packaging, branding and aggregation.
Integrated Natural Resources Management Water harvesting, drip irrigation, cover crops and agroforestry built on four principles: healthy ecosystems, secure resources, resilient livelihoods, empowered communities.
Climate resilience and early warning Early warning messages, communication trees and practical steps that help farmers prepare for floods and heavy rain.
Poultry as a rural enterprise Eggs, birds and manure: poultry gives quick returns, better nutrition and a business that fits small farms.
